Initial Assessment
During this consultation, your medical history and any available laboratory results will be reviewed. Where clinically appropriate, additional testing may be recommended to better inform assessment and planning. This visit is intended to support the development of a preliminary, individualised management plan based on the information available at the time of consultation.
Recommendations provided during this visit are advisory in nature and do not constitute a diagnosis, guarantee of outcome, or initiation of treatment. Any testing, interventions, or follow-up care are subject to informed consent and clinical appropriateness. Coordination with Wholistic Wellness staff may occur to support an integrative approach to care, where applicable.
Fee: $325 (includes $150 copay)
Duration: up to 75 minutes
Standard Follow-Up
These consultations are intended for follow-up assessment and review of laboratory results, including blood work, as part of an established care relationship. During the visit, available results are reviewed and discussed in the context of your clinical history, current concerns, and prior recommendations. Time is allocated to address new information, review progress, and consider appropriate adjustments to the ongoing management plan, where clinically indicated.
Recommendations provided during follow-up consultations are advisory and educational in nature and do not constitute a diagnosis, guarantee of outcome, or initiation of treatment. Any changes to testing, interventions, or care plans are subject to clinical appropriateness and informed consent. Coordination with Wholistic Wellness staff may occur where relevant to support continuity of care.
Fee: $275 (includes $150 copay)
Duration: 45 minutes
Brief Follow-Up
This visit is intended for short, focused follow-up within an established care relationship. It may be used to provide brief updates, clarifications, or high-level guidance on next steps, address minor IV-related concerns, or conduct an exit discussion if a patient is considering discontinuing IV therapy.
This visit is not intended for detailed review of laboratory or test results. The sole exception is confirmation that previously ordered results are within normal limits and require no further discussion. Comprehensive review of abnormal findings, interpretation of complex results, or substantive care planning requires a standard or extended clinical consultation.
Any guidance provided during this visit is advisory in nature and does not constitute diagnosis, initiation of treatment, or guarantee of outcome. If additional assessment or discussion is clinically indicated, a longer consultation may be recommended.
