Service Description
Single Consultation for New Patients This service consists of a single, time-limited clinical consultation (up to 2 hours) focused on review of medical history, reported symptoms, and available laboratory or diagnostic results. The consultation may include discussion of clinical findings, IV nutrient therapy (IVNT) considerations, safety factors, and general next steps, where appropriate. This appointment is consultative and advisory in nature and does not establish an ongoing treatment relationship unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the visit and may be preliminary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Scheduling and Scope Appointments are scheduled based on clinical appropriateness, provider availability, and standard scheduling practices. This service does not include emergency or urgent care, procedures, infusions, prescriptions, diagnostic testing, or coordination of third-party services unless separately arranged. Bermuda-Based Patients Patients residing in Bermuda must book their appointments through BEAMS Wholistic Wellness. Bermuda patients are typically subject to a reduced copay, as a significant portion of the visit is generally covered by local health insurance. Clinic-based services such as scheduling, nursing support, and administrative coordination are billed through the clinic in accordance with insurer requirements. Jurisdictional Restrictions This service is not available to patients residing in Canadian jurisdictions that regulate naturopathic medicine, including, but not limited to, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. Patients in these jurisdictions must seek care from a locally licensed naturopathic doctor or contact their provincial naturopathic association. By booking, patients confirm that accessing this service is lawful in their place of residence. Fees and Cancellations The consultation fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the full fee. Disclaimer and Agreement This consultation is adjunctive and does not replace primary care, specialist care, or emergency services. By booking and attending this appointment, the patient confirms eligibility and accepts these terms as a binding professional services agreement.

Consultation Booking Policy By booking a consultation through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility & Scope of Services Consultations are available to individuals aged 18 and over. All consultations are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a doctor-patient relationship, medical diagnosis, or treatment. Services are provided in the capacity of IV Nutrient Therapy (IVNT) consulting for licensed healthcare professionals or individuals seeking integrative support within a clinical setting. Booking & Payment Terms All consultation bookings must be scheduled and paid for in advance via the online booking system. Payment confirms your appointment time and reserves the consultant’s availability. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and approved payment gateways. Rescheduling & Cancellations Patients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. Because this service operates under an annual retainer, cancellation fees are not applied. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled consultation, we reserve the right to shorten your session to maintain scheduling for other clients. Consultations missed by more than 15 minutes without prior notice will be rescheduled. Consultant Availability While every effort is made to maintain availability as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may require the consultant to reschedule. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment of your choosing. Limitations & Disclaimers The consultant does not provide emergency medical care, prescribe medications, or serve as a replacement for licensed primary care. Any decisions regarding your health should be made in collaboration with your licensed healthcare provider. You agree to assume full responsibility for the interpretation and use of any information provided. Consent & Agreement By booking a consultation, you consent to these terms and confirm that you understand the nature and limitations of the services provided. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable laws. Your data is securely handled. No sharing without consent, except where required by law.
