For Patients: Retainer Plan

Ongoing Clinical Access and Comprehensive Case Review

1 hRemote

Service Description

Retainer Plan This retainer provides ongoing access to standard clinical consultations (up to one hour per visit), to a maximum of ten (10) sessions, over a twelve (12) month period. Appointments are scheduled based on clinical appropriateness, provider availability, and standard scheduling practices. The retainer is intended for patients who benefit from ongoing continuity of care, including comprehensive case review, ongoing monitoring, IV nutrient therapy (IVNT) planning, and personalised clinical guidance. Priority scheduling is administrative only and does not override medical urgency, clinical triage, or safety considerations in fairness to all. Bermuda-Based Patients and Clinic Access Patients residing in Bermuda who wish to enrol in this program must do so through BEAMS Wholistic Wellness. For Bermuda patients, the annual retainer is in lieu of per-visit provider copays and allows access to unlimited standard consultations without individual copay charges. However, visits delivered within the clinic setting involve administrative coordination, nursing and clinical staff support, scheduling, laboratory facilitation, and facility use. As such, the clinic may bill a portion of each visit through the patient’s health insurance, where applicable, to cover these clinic-based services. Insurance coverage varies by plan. What the Retainer Does Not Include The retainer applies to professional consultation services only. It does not include procedures, infusions, laboratory testing, imaging, medications, third-party services, or emergency care, all of which may be billed separately where applicable. Jurisdictional Restrictions This service is not available to patients residing in Canadian jurisdictions that regulate naturopathic medicine, including, but not limited to, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. Patients in these jurisdictions must seek care from a locally licensed naturopathic doctor or contact their provincial naturopathic association for assistance. By enrolling, patients confirm that accessing this service is lawful in their place of residence. Additional Terms This service is consultative and adjunctive in nature and does not replace primary care, specialist care, or emergency services. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. The annual fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
