Service Description
IV Nutrient Therapy Consulting for Clinics & Staff We provide structured, consultative support for licensed healthcare providers delivering intravenous nutrient therapy (IVNT). Services are designed to support clinical consistency, operational efficiency, and risk-aware delivery of IVNT across clinics at different stages, from initial setup to high-volume operations. 1. Basic Plan – New or Small Practices Best suited for clinics beginning IVNT services or maintaining a limited monthly IV caseload (up to 10 patients per month). This plan provides foundational clinical support, including customised IVNT protocol development, weekday consultative support, access to clinical resources, and one monthly case review meeting. Setup fee: $2,000 USD (one-time, non-refundable, waived if purchased Clinic Setup Program). Monthly fee: $1,000 USD. 2. Unlimited Plan – Established Clinics Designed for clinics where IVNT is a core service requiring ongoing, scalable clinical support. This plan includes unlimited case and protocol consultation, weekday access to the consultant, full clinical resource access, and biweekly staff meetings. Support is provided during standard weekday business hours and remains consultative in scope. No setup fee required (waived). Monthly fee: $5,000 USD. 3. IVNT Clinic Setup Program & Mentorship A one-time infrastructure and mentorship engagement for clinics establishing or formalising an IVNT program. This service includes a five-day on-site visit to assess clinical layout, workflow, safety systems, and equipment readiness. Clinics receive a standard Operations Manual and three months of post-visit virtual support. Additional site visits are available for an added fee. One-time fee: $10,000 USD. All services are consultative in nature and are provided by a licensed clinician with experience in IV nutrient therapy protocol development and clinical oversight. Clinics retain full responsibility for prescribing, patient care, informed consent, and regulatory compliance within their jurisdiction. Fees are billed in USD and subject to applicable terms and policies.

Consultation Booking Policy By booking a consultation through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility & Scope of Services Consultations are available to individuals aged 18 and over. All consultations are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a doctor-patient relationship, medical diagnosis, or treatment. Services are provided in the capacity of IV Nutrient Therapy (IVNT) consulting for licensed healthcare professionals or individuals seeking integrative support within a clinical setting. 2. Booking & Payment Terms All consultation bookings must be scheduled and paid for in advance via the online booking system. Payment confirms your appointment time and reserves the consultant’s availability. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and approved payment gateways. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a one-time reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credit. 4. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled consultation, we reserve the right to shorten your session to maintain scheduling for other clients. Consultations missed by more than 15 minutes without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. 5. Consultant Availability While every effort is made to maintain availability as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may require the consultant to reschedule. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment or full refund. 6. Limitations & Disclaimers The consultant does not provide emergency medical care, prescribe medications, or serve as a replacement for licensed primary care. Any decisions regarding your health should be made in collaboration with your licensed healthcare provider. You agree to assume full responsibility for the interpretation and use of any information provided. 7. Consent & Agreement By booking a consultation, you consent to these terms and confirm that you understand the nature and limitations of the services provided. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable laws. Your data is securely handled. No sharing without consent, except where required by law.
